The day of max panic in the market, was not September 17. It took another couple of weeks; TXN bottomed at 20, and we have not taken that out yet.

On the day the news comes out, and the Wall Street Journal tells us why TXN is going down, that's the day the stock starts going up. Maybe a day or two before then.

Or maybe this is just random volatility.
