Suit yourself. It's a free country and you are entitled to be wrong. You might wish to do some research about a certain Asian airliner that flew in circles for hours without a tailfin - it certainly did not crash immediately.

Interesting. Oh, by the way, there's a monument over 550 feet tall here in the nation's capital, named after our first president, which beginning in 1848 was built on...swampland. Actually, not only the Washington Monument, but the entire city. Before it was developed, Washington was largely composed of marshes and swamps. If you have any real estate near 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue you wish to sell cheap I am sure any number of diplomatic missions or lobbyists would take you up on it. Just give them a call...
