Israelis trying to live in peace with the Arabs on their terms. They are the aggressors and want peace and be given dispensation of their deeds. Sure, the Arabs are working in Israel. Israel is a first world colony, subsidized and built by the West. The Israelis need cheap and pleantiful labor, much as Apartheid South Africa needed cheap labor. If the Arabs want the Palestinians to go back to from where they came from, that is their call. When the British faltered on their immigration policie as it applied to Jewish immigration, the Arabs flooded the Mandate and later more came as Western Jews created industry. One action created a reaction.
