Totalitarianism is a very thin disguise for theft, enslavement or expulsion. All are forms of robbery, aren't they?

Certainly. And the defense of slavery generally rests on principles of property ownership, as opposed to human rights. I was not making a moral statement about the role of law or governments. I was taking the (I believe) pragmatic view that economics persuades better than moral arguments about the preciousness of life, and history supports that.
