Interesting comment from Zeev Hed about VIX less than an hour ago. <I doubt VIX will go much above 30 on the next bottom. September 21 was the bottom and had all the extreme readings needed, what we are going to see here is a classical retest in which new low should not be set, the number of the new lows per day will probably not be even half what we experienced on 9/21, and at most we would get two or three days of -1000 or worse tic reading, IMTO. And look at the Hang Seng this evening. I expected the Nikkei to be down more than it was, but so far the Hang Seng has made up for it. One of my shorts is of course BRCM. Wish I would have went whole hog on that one at 50 and included BRCD as well. One or both could wind up in the low single digits, maybe. EBAY is another one I'm short in, and it looks like it could get a real good haircut as well. Tech could really get whalloped here. I've thought the rally to look stronger than it really was. Time will show. Kaos. Time to make some coin out of it all. If we get a reversal like you expect Iso, this could really be an opportunity. Of course a person has to plan and play it halfway correct. And us Northern folks are sending cold down your way. Has to go somewhere and it sure is leaving here. 50 F swing to the upside from -40 in less than 24 hrs. I'm no weather expert but it has to head south and hopefully will hit the lower 48 in the broadside. It has been cold and colder here for a long time. More DROOY here anyone? I've been accumulating on the dips for a while. Hoping it will follow HGMCY and soon hit 2.
