09:22 ET NextWave Settlement : Many brokerage firms noting this morning that the NextWave settlement was not considered by Congress this year; hearing from sources at Bernstein that the firm sees this as a positive for Sprint PCS (PCS) due to its technological edge, also positive for Nextel (NXTL) as it may become an acquisition candidate again, and negative for AT&T Wireless.
