The two faces of ACLN:

Tuesday:

"The Company believes that the vessels under the contract were too small for its logistics business requirements, due primarily to the growth which the Company has experienced since the agreement was made."

Friday:

"[S]easonal weakness in the fourth quarter has been worsened by delays in some shipments and other problems. ... African dealers are traveling less to Europe to buy used cars "

So, business is booming, except, it isn't. No wonder these turkeys got halted.
