Well, actually, Jan doesn't bring anything, except a 90 clock toward demotion to the NAS small cap market, a deadline which can be extended sometimes. So it's an unknown, just like the effect of the dilution. In the meantime, I'd have to concur with anyone who thinks that MFNX needs to show a real possibility of positive cash flow and profit in 2002, in order to prevent a demotion.

I don't think BK is any kind of factor anymore, but new numbers to come will begin to tell the tale...

XOXO dropped 90 % after delisting.
