Georgy claimed Clinton fulfilled his "Middle Class Tax Cut" pledge because he tried soooo hard to make it happen.

Remember how in 1993 George Stephanopoulos was ordered by Clinton to spend close
to $1 million of taxpayer funds to produce a bogus report claiming that his first 100 days
were the most impressive and successful since FDR?
