mst, my post was new news I posted the most recent docket information about the FUE trial. Most have pled guilty, the rest were found guilty, the arrested more people and more will probably be found guilty. The "old" news from March is still very relevent to astn. I believe that fred intentionally hired FUE to do their mob boiler room. Ivan even let Fred/Dover trade frozen shares for freely tradeable shares. Check early SEC documents. Ivan also let one of the mob guys do the same thing. Fred then hires Ivan after FUE gets busted. Ivan is a current director in the company. Ivan set ASTN up with the toxic funding. It's all very relevent. How can you say it's not?
