The Clinton-Daschle recession.

On the up side, because Daschle refuses to allow the stimulus plan (good or not) that the President and a majority of the House and a majority of the Senate want, the Clinton recession now becomes the Clinton-Daschle recession.

btw, Daschle is under heavy attack at home and would probably lose his seat if he were running for re-election - many see his potential prez run as a way out of defeat. His fellow socialist from SD - Tim Johnson - will be defeated next year.
