<might not make the next cut.> Could be, but what exploration project on the planet makes ANY of these major's cuts? The whole farm system is running dry and Roger Clemens is pushing 40. We need a whole new group of mid tier developers and financiers (vultures like Resource Capital are NOT the model), but there is no capital for them either. What's happened with the acclaimed WRM story. To quote my buddy Pierre last year, "We're gonna make a move soon, you watch."
