I think that all the "news" came out yesterday on Mirant and we had a real spike down in the shares. The dilution does not help but the business side is strong and they have the cash on hand and undrawn credit lines in place if needed. Too many close comparisons to Enron which is unfair other than to better understand how these companies report and account. I got in MIR because of the big down draft yesterday and will hold for a nice swing trade hopefully in early Yr 2002.

I was looking for a final capitulation in MIR and I hope it was yesterday.
