I usually get concerned when I see comments like "Based on the strong financial position and recent strategic initiatives, the Company believes it can carry its target level dividend of 20 cents per quarter for the foreseeable future" especially when the dividend just announced of $.20 for the quarter exceeds the actual profit that was generated, "Fourth quarter earnings were $1,581,000 or 12 cents per share" and if that isn't significant then comments from the financial release such as "The year 2001 was a difficult one for Sceptre as we continued to lose both institutional and retail clients" should set off the alarms as a problematic company attempting to dress things up as best it can.
