I think you are wrong on that Paul. The mini's have become a very important part of the commercial activity, almost as significant as the big contract these days. If you only look at the big contracts, you are not seeing where the dollars are going.

They are just as much a position as the large contracts, especially when they are held by parties subject to reporting.

I really like the way Allan has developed to aggregate all the contracts. I'm sure that the commercials do whatever they can to make it look like their position is changing when it really isn't. I can't think of any way to get a real net position.
