CG, to capitalize on the low interest rates currently available, and have received $2.5 million of a potential $6.5 million loan to cover the plant expansion and upgrades necessary to manufacture PENNSAID® for the North American, European, and Caribbean markets. This financing was provided by Investissement Québec, and is secured by a mortgage on the manufacturing plant. That explains the cash shortage I pointed out away. I'm also glad to see the deal made on a delayed payment matching milestones basis as I felt our lawyer would provide. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year back to all at DMX. (Personal note to Rebecca: A really cr*ppy year as an investment but willing to wait for the truck to back up and unload) We now have two products which completed phase III. Wolf

So, I guess I have to say - - thanks for an excellent summation; and - thanks also for 'coming out', Rebecca. OT: describing what progress the company has made, to my best friend(sheisnotgonnakillme, any moooooooore); I was struck by the extraordinary lack of interest in our <little Canadian company>. Just think how the stock would have surged, on news of a FDA plant inspection and the CEO's latest message, if it had been a Nasdakker. There will be ups and downs in the stock, but, seriously, come February 1, 2002, will we ever see the $4's again? Come NASDAQ, will we ever see (onecoldshowerlater) US$10 again?
