that SEC probe is pomp and circumstance. nothing of importance will come of any investigation, it never does. the machine is in place to perpetuate the bull, not tear it down. the default subsystem for the capital markets is up which is a big reason that we are in this mess.

in march 2000 the fed was out of bullets. now, they still have a few left...enough to keep the bubble inflated for a little while longer.

patience is a virtue here.
