Not a good week for Microsoft in court this week.

First, remedy postponement is refused then this:

15:43 [MSFT] Judge says Microsoft offer 'critically underfunded'
15:42 [MSFT] Judge rejects Microsoft's proposed settlement

Maybe Bill Neukom will have to come back from retirement.
