Jeffery, depending on you broker it may be less....

I quite often do the NDX equivalents (long and short +-200%) in 10K increments. If you go too much on the wrong day you can be -5% or more before you know what hit you.

Etrade has Rydex without the 25k min. They charge nothing for the buy and say a transaction fee applies if sold in less than 90 days. So far they have charged me nothing after several round trips.

So far my stay in these funds has been short (less than five days).

These markets are sooooo volatile that Rydex will make you chew your nails off.
