MeDroogies, The merger would have a chance if HWP had successfully completed their recent changes. Should the merger be approved at this point, it is going to be H#!! to make it work. HWP employees will be facing another major change before completing the last change. I do remember this about the lady on WSW. She is a fund manager. Her fund owns shares and she votes those shares. So I would think her opinion is pretty important. It may represent the opinion of many fund managers. NW
