it is an investment. I hold no admiration for Jerry and I think that some of the amd successes were in spite of Jerry rather than with his help. It was time for him to retire long time ago, IMHO. Yet there is no stock manipulation here since Jerry sells at regular intervals regardless of his insider info. Intel executives do the same as Jerry but there is no reason to talk about them because they are intel execs. :-)) Double standards here?
Actually, come to think of it, it is somewhat worse in case of intel execs because they do act on insiders info
