The buzz word's today are facilitation and/or alternative dispute resolution. It's the way problems/differences get resolved without resorting to years (read expensive) of court time. The court system is a large part of the 'cost' of disputes because there is only limited appreciation of the real cost to all of us for delay. Best wishes,Neal
