<font color=blue>The Indexes - Weekend Edition

Charts are updated on my web site, under Index Charts.

www3.sympatico.ca

This weekend, I've added a few boxes to the Weekly charts for the Dow, Nasdaq, and TSE300. I've created a box which outlines the falling ADX and both the MACD and Stochastic indicators.

With a falling ADX, I watch Stochastic for signals.

For some time, I've been using that cross of the 20 period Moving Average, confirmed by a positive cross of the DMI lines, as one of my major signals, but I do continue to watch and use other indicators.

One, I've been using a lot, with some success, has been the CCI cross. I watch for a CCI cross out of the oversold zone. If that happens with increasing volume, good things often follow.

And I watch the ADX.
When the ADX is moving up, I watch the MACD (trend following indicator) for signals.
When the ADX is flat or falling, I watch the Stochastic.
