The odds are going to be very long. Many contributors will make it easier to get struck by lightening. I normally don't buy lottery tickets, but this would be one I'd want a chance at and there is no chance if you don't play.

joe-- I do not think a year is long enough to get enough tickets printed to fill the demand. At a buck a pop I want 1000 to start.. Maybe a bonus ticket so the winner can choose the weapon,, like a .22 to start with the knee caps, arms, genitiles,--- he/she could go through several boxes with well placed shots and over a long period too...
