Don, I understand all the economic arguments of corporate investment using all the profits vs sharing some the profits directly with the stockholders. A number of companies in certain sectors do both with success.

You must accept the fact that there are people on this earth who want or need some corporate profits to be returned to the shareholder, a.k.a. widows and orphan stocks. <ggg>
