I think INS already have the right to detain, interview, and deport any non-citizen or I should say non-resident. I am not sure if a person on a student visa has the same rights as a resident or a citizen. But you surely do not mean "no rights" do you? Every human being has rights even if they are tourists. Do you also believe people who pay more taxes should have more rights? :-)

<I do strongly believe NON-USA citezens should have no rights under are constitution. I heard people with Student VISA's of Arab disent objecting to being folowed or interviewed. That really gets my goat. We pay alot of money for Tax to be USA citezens, we pay to be in the club. Why should everyone get the rigts I do. Makes NO SENSE IMHO>

Good idea. The NRA could use them for target practise. Kind of like Jews in Nazi Europe - if they get uppity, or even if they don't, they could be fair game for anyone to do anything. No rights would make things a lot simpler. There's altogether too much simpering around over rights for foreigners. Give them a fair trial with 60% of a military tribunal finding them guilty, then give them a fair hanging. No messing around.

When the USA rules the world, there can be Americans and Aliens [that's what they are currently called by the USA in case anyone doesn't know that] and the Aliens can be a kind of slave class, living in subjugation to the all-powerful Americans.

It's a great idea.

Even though aliens pay tax through ownership of companies in the USA and pay sales tax on any purchases, they shouldn't have any say in the disposition of their payments. I say "Taxation and No Representation." Those wacky Boston Tea Party people were obviously treasonable traitors. The silly idea of "No taxation without representation" has had its day.

You are right. You should have the rights and foreign aliens should have no rights.

Merry Xmas all [in 5 minutes it starts here]. Joy to the world and peace on earth [but not to Osama, Ted Kaczynski, Omar or those aliens who should learn who is boss around this joint].

PS: As Limtex says, any Moslems shouldn't be allowed on planes. They could wear a yellow star so they could be identified. That would stop terrorists blowing up planes. John Walker Lindh Sulayman or whatever he calls himself would have a yellow star on and he could be stopped at the boarding gate. Moslems could be put in concentration camps so they don't get on aircraft, subways or bridges and sabotage them. That'll stop them doing other destructive things too. I'm sure the terrorist ones wouldn't figure out that they should leave the star at home if they are going to blow up a plane.

I bet any middle-eastern looking young males are watched very closely by fellow passengers on aircraft these days. I'd do the same!

I'm trying to figure out a more permanent solution. If we could just work out a Final Solution to the Moslem threat, we could all go back to having a nice peaceful life.

I'm not sure who's constitution you are referring to. Since we are in cyberspace and you aren't wearing your nametag out in the open, I'm not sure where you are writing from. I live in Chicago, USA. Have you ever read the US Constitution? It doesn't sound like you have. Try this: usconstitution.net

Let me know what country you are from and we can talk. You might enjoy the USA. We have a goofy concept here called 'Rule of Law'. We don't always follow it, but it is fun to talk about.

Sorry to be off topic...
