Alan, here's some more info about Argentina --- or perhaps I should say "Don't cry for me, Argentina". observer.co.uk By the way, there are a whole set of interesting articles on Argentina at the "socialist" URL which I quoted previously. The articles are worth reading. Here's another one. Towards the bottom it highlights the impact on neighbour, Brazil: wsws.org Meanwhile, one can be sure, while the poor starve to death and the middle class lose everything, that the top 5% are richer than ever. It's so reminiscent of the French Revolution and apparently the whole tragedy has been set-up with the connivance of US banks who saw a way to make a quick buck. Some guys just don't learn.
