Milo - The statement that you posted K.J. Chou, president of AMD’s Taiwan branch, said that given the business boost AMD’s processor shipments worldwide this year are expected to reach 30 million units, climbing by 40% from 2000. is preposterous.

AMD shipped 26.4 million processors in 2000 - and if they ship 30 million in 2001, that represents only a 12% increase.
Why would this AMD official release false information?
