By now, you should know that our Resident Dipstick is convinced that U.S. Savings Bonds and T-Bills are scams, too..!! Word is, he wears "..footsie.."-jama's and jabs around under his bed a night with a rusty old civil war sword, to make sure Bill Murray and Dan Ackroyd didn't miss anything, before Mommie comes to tuck him in....... Just because charges are not brought does not mean securities fraud didnt occur. I did indeed CALL the OVIS/RMIL & NPEC & TVSI/AREE scams. Even wrote the SEC about them. There is no shortage of idiots willing to flush their money however. How those certs tight ! LOL
