The only human sub-unit which is logically defensible is the biggest one- -homo sapiens. Attempts to define racial sub-units within that have invariably been undercut by reality. And in spite of that, we all can recognize some racial subdivisions- -Caucasian, Negroid, Asian, etc. These are based on superficial characteristics such as skin color and physical (mostly facial) features and because of this are useful for quick identification and recognition. They imply nothing more.

UN Charter? Who gives a flying f***? When push comes to shove, it's meaningless drivel like its predecessor, the League of Nations.

Frogs? The French government put a chip on its shoulder after WWII. It thought it should be one of the world leaders- -but it wasn't. It was at best a second rate power. And THAT thoroughly rankled it. Its reaction was rebellion against the nation that had inherited that mantle- -the United States. (Britain was also in the position of having its world importance reduced. Its reaction was to forge a closer link with the US- -and increase its inportance because of that.)

UN Charter? How about NATO? You are aware that France withdrew from that decades ago, right?
And Britain, Canada, Germany, .....- -our real allies- -are still in it?
