Forighners should have rights, but they should be thrown out if they have done something illeagal, or stayed longer then they should have and they should not be able to hide behind our constitution to protect themselves.

I was on a student visa attending a US university for 5 years in the '80s. Let's say I had a neighbor who was pissed off at me and decided to call the police and falsely accuse me of committing a crime (e.g., a robbery). Should the police have thrown me in jail or tossed me out of the country without due process of law? No constitutional rights? Wouldn't you have to change your 14th amendment? How would you determine that I'd "done something illegal" without due process?
