I see your point. However, what's the purpose behind investment - to make money. What are we supposed to do with money - spend it. IMO, people are way over invested relative to their consumption of the products their portfolios represent. The 3 D's - disinflation, decimilization, and digitization are feeding this digenerating spiral that needs to stop. Mkaking decisiosn based on price is a low value added process. It always comes back to haunt you - sooner or later.
