TD:

Ah, the closing of the market equals the beginning of Christmas (more fodder for the Reverend's sermon on the commercialization of Christmas!)

I like NYC myself, but only if I can fly in and stay in a suite in midtown (by saying suite, I don't mean an expensive suite, the Beekman Tower as of 10 years ago was just fine), be within walking distance of 12-15 different ethnic restaurants, buy bagels at a shop on 3rd Ave (about 53rd??), take short cab rides to Lincoln Center or Broadway. Living in greater NYC was difficult at best.

Shorted a couple of homebuilders today, otherwise just watching the grass grow.
