OT - I believe vistors should have the burden to prove their innocence, they are here as guest's.

I hope you're kiddin' on that one. If that were the case I would be a fool to ever visit your country. I wouldn't want to be a citizen of such a country.

Let's say that while I was attending university, the police showed up at my door and accused me of plotting to blow up a plane. So how exactly would I go about proving my innocence? And if I can't, I am judged guilty? You want your government to have that kind of power? You trust them with that kind of power?

Having somebody acuse you of a crime without any evidence would not have you kicked out.

So if they have "evidence", how would this evidence be evaluated? How do we know this evidence wasn't fabricated? Would there be a trial? Would I be allowed to defend myself, hire a lawyer? What constitutional rights would I be denied?
