NON US Citezen's do not have the same rights as citezens nor should they. I am not saying they should be led away to camps, as you so poighnently sugested I said. I simply said, that coming here is a privledge and should be treated as one. I heard several Arab students complain about being interviewed by the FBI. The ARE NOT CITEZENS, WHY ON EARTH SHOULD THE FBI NOT BE ALLOWED TO INTERVIEW THEM? These people believe that they can do what they want here, and that they do not have to oblige by our laws. Yet when we make laws all of a sudden they dont like they decide to hide behind our constitution. Again Ive never said we should send anyone to jail, just throw them out. Maybee we should try them under the code of their nation. After choping a few hands and canning a few people are system of justice though more stringent for forighners is still better then 99% of the rest of the world. I guarentee you do something illeagel in France or Switzerland or Japan or Korea they will throw you out of the country. They wont like in the case of the first WTC bombing allow people out on bail and pay ten's of millions to try these people. In my opinion acts of Terrorism sponsered by forighn nations are acts of war, and its combatents dealt with in Millitary courts. In any case during WWII FDR changed alot of laws to accomadate the fact we were at war. We are now at war, and millions of New Yorkers are particularly at risk of being NUKED. The United States FIRST PRIORITY is to prevent that from happening. If a few Arabs are interogated to harshly, so be it. This is not a joke, or a board game its is the survival of the free world. The barbarians are knocking at the door, lets just let them in and say" Hey sure go to MIT and study Nucklear Physic's and go back to Pakistan" we wont interview you or follow you because our constitution forbids it. Crock of BS and if nothing is done its a matter of time before the unimanginable occurs. Then it Game over for everyone. So whats more importent moderatly impeding the rights of a few to protect the majority of society? Remember the old Dr Spock line? The needs of the many out weigh the needs of the few? Again I am not saying that we sould go out and club Arabs, just that the laws need to be modified to protect our way of life. Unfourtunatly the only way to do that and maintain the constitution is to change the laws governing illeagal alians and Imagration. I dont like the idea, I think its abhorent but my beautifull 5 year old daughter is on the front line, and that doesnt sit well with me. Maybee if you didnt live in a corner of the world that nobody would bother with you would understand. If we like it or not it is the haves against the have nots, always has been always will be. Right now much of the Arab world is have nots, and they want to destroy because they cant create. So if we have deny that group some privledges here so be it,
