The latest insider filing is by Mr. Fuller, who has proposed a sale of 400,000 shares in 2002. The filing states he will automatically sell a certain number of shares each day (depending on market conditions and the stock price). This is still a small number of shares, considering what he has available for exercising.

BORL has hit its sweet spot in the financial model. They are profitable, with 85% margins, so a small increase in revenues can result in a large increase in profitability. I think 2002 will be a good year.
