Hi Andreas, bummer about the wildfires.

Nice to see someone else interested in and hopeful about precious metals. It's a lovely, though cool day here on Canada's West coast.

I uses to do climate research and in reading some of the ENSO (El Nino) stuff, there's descriptions of a large number of Australian species perfectly adapted to the ENSO signal (which tends to be a very dry event followed by a wet one, or vice versa).

The weirdest was this plant which could spontaneously combust, burning everything around it except for its own thick seeds. The result was that when the rains came, there was no competition and a nitrate rich soil.
