Hi Birney, Merry New Year to you too. We've had our disagreements but you were much more perceptive than I was on this one. We both wanted to see DCTC succeed. What leaves me faithless in the system is the SEC halts this stock and then does nothing else. It just shows that money and making careers is what lies beneath the veneer of "shareholder protection." The shareholders are faced with massive losses and next to zero hope of recovery. DCI will end up negotiating. Semper that. I hope we've all learned from this. Onward, George
