Hi, Bob:

I have no idea what happened to Hoff #1.

Best thing that happened to SOP from that deal was cutting their losses from that money pit; I have no expectations that SOP will benefit any time soon from their 1.25% interest.

BCB, I heard Hoff #1 was idled and essentially has been abandoned. Twisty realized they should have listened to Bill Root, and done some directionals. Now they know they do know they will have to do a diversion and get on the "right" side of the hill.

SOP's 1.25% royalty follows any change in ownership for Hoff#1. I hope Twisty loses it to a big producer who will bring it onstream. As Geoffb says there is nothing we should worry about anytime soon.

SOP investors should be looking forward, not back at their past failures. Without Taylor and his cronies, this company still has a chance at success. 2002 may be their year.
