Last Christmas one of our occasional employees spent 2-3 weeks around Christmas with us. He was a street guy with substance problems. One day he called me saying he needed help. He had been beaten up badly on the street, taken to emergency, but walked out. It turned your stomach to look at his face. He moved into my son's room to recover. I haven't seen him much since. He went to San Antonio to see his little son. I am waiting to hear the end of that story.
