RRRR,

I bought this stock in the 66-67 cents area when XMSR started getting attention.

I noted and was confirmed that I thought RRRR owned 5 million shares of XMSR.

"In October, 2001, the Company's $50 million of exchangeable notes to Motient Corporation were reduced to a balance of $26.2 million upon the exchange of $23.8 million of principal and $2.4 million accrued interest for five million shares of XM Satellite Radio Holdings (NASDAQ: XMSR chart, msgs). Changes in the value of the exchange feature of these notes, which was tied to the quarter-end market value of the XM stock, resulted in a loss of $15.3 million in the third quarter of 2001, reversing a corresponding gain of $13.8 million recognized in the second quarter."

In other words,26.2 million owed to RRRR by Motient was converted into 5 million shares of XMSR,which is now worh 95 million at the current 19 dollar price for XMSR.

I have held theses shares even though I thought that there would be tax selling on it,which there was after the stock went into 80 cents area.

Isn't there a tremendous potential for the January affect on RRRR?

Here is their latest report in which the XMSR ownership that I posted is found.

Any thoughts?
