The anti-democratic myth of "participation" must be stopped. The Republicans have done a very poor job of preserving the original ideal in this area. It's one of their major failures. True participation RESOLVES into casting a vote, as the LAST step. Voting without understanding is criminal ballot-stuffing-as we all saw from the Democrats in 1960, 1976 and especially 2000.

We require a written and practical test to issue a drivers license, because unprepared drivers endanger themselves and a few people around them. We require NOTHING for the same people to be able empower an individual who can incinerate the world, impoverish the nation, or bring shame and disgrace to the institution as Bill Clinton did, and Al Gore would have. That leads to the incumbents purchasing votes with pyramid scams like Social Security, and thousands of pork barrel items hidden in bills passed at 3AM. It also leads to the criminal seizure of private assets, which is our tax law today.

A simple test of literacy would put legitimacy back into our system of government. It is opposed ONLY because, in the process, it would destroy all political influence of America's most dangerous enemy, the American left...
