Marginmike. Sorry to hear about your NEM problem. Sometimes it's better to get out of the weak and buy the strong. NEM is definitely weak and may not make a strong move when gold stocks take off. Just my opinion. Pat

VIX 22.93 the lowest close since August 27th (22.44)..

And if they take it much higher into yearend (doubtful), it sets up a high probability that the first week of January will be down...

And as Yale Hirsch would say: as the first week (and month) of January goes.... so goes the market for the remainder of the year.
