Re: Li Ka-Shing - Potential End Game
Winnick knows the rules of the game. Li Ka-Shing knows the rules of the game. The banks know the rules of the game.

Which group is willing to give up the most potential equity.

If the banks are willing to force their hand and Li is willing to pick it up -- what is the end result?

I'll bet on Winnick!
Regards, JimBo

Selling through the 31st will probably be driven primarily by tax loss issues. Look for the stock to bounce back nicely in January. Beyond that depends on a lot of factors. Obviously, this is a high risk investment with some interesting potential. Shortrun looks favorable during the coming month unless some horrible news emerges.
