OK. I think we're in agreement here. Because its economy is so closely tied to that of the US, Canada is also a victim of 9/11.

I believe the US HAS to tighten up immigration and border control. I think the best solution would be for Canada also to do the same. Then we might be able to go back to lax controls along the US-Canadian border, and both nations would benefit from that.
