My wife works with several H-1 workers and most will tell her if they can't handle a program and she get's them help. One H-1 worker last year increased my wife's income a bunch. 12 people had worked on a program for 3 months. They each did sections. One of the H-1 (G.) workers didn't understand the program and didn't ask for help, didn't complete his section, didn't test it even though he said he did. They loaded the entire program into the main frame and kaboom. My wife worked EVERYDAY from Dec. 17th through March 22nd, many of them 12 hour days to correct his error. G. went on vacation and brought my wife a pretty, mounted Malasian butterfly. He's still with the company under his contract but he never touches a keyboard now.
