That is an interesting point. And it goes to whether Microsoft is truly a monopoly or not. Would I like it? Probably not. But do they have the right....I would have to ponder on the monopoly question. Even then, I may come to the conclusion that they still have the right.

Microsoft is not a sovereign nation. It is subject to the laws of the United States. Which prevent it from doing what you propose.

And Microsoft knows this, It never disputed the American anti-trust laws applied to it, it just disputed that it was a monopoly and what the penalty should be if it were.

If it were an independent nation, then, yes, it could refuse to trade with the Republic of Jorj X. McKie.
