New bin Laden tape appears Al-Jazeera broadcasts tape; unclear when it was made MSNBC NEWS SERVICES Dec. 26 — Osama bin Laden, the world’s most wanted man, appeared in a new videotape broadcast by Al-Jazeera TV on Wednesday, looking drawn and tired. In it, the suspected terrorist mastermind says the U.S. war in Afghanistan is proof that Americans hate Muslims. It wasn’t known when the tape was made.
