Yes, there have been several favorable decisions in the courts for Brush. This should help remove the worry of many on Wall Street who are very skittish about this type of litigation after asbestos destroyed company after company. I never felt that Brush's problems were anywhere near the magnitude of the asbestos industry, but nonetheless, it's good to see it being resolved favorably. So far at least.

Hi Doug,

I don't know if it's the comments from the president about orders bottoming or the cessation of tax-selling, but the stock is strong today. (Up almost a dollar to $14.19)
