No matter how twisted is the thinking about
stock shares, the bottom line is the ongoing cost
of maintaining the stock option plan.
Old shares or new, the rock-bottom
fact is that Intel is spending $1B per quarter
(minus employee purchase price and maybe some
tax savings) to sustain the plan. Period. The
rest is a sick imagination of Intelabees.
